04. Client Responsibilities

04.01.The client must provide written authorisation allowing security testing on their systems.

04.02.The client is responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to authorise penetration testing.

04.03.The client agrees to provide necessary access credentials, network details, and any other relevant information.

05. Confidentiality & Data Protection

05.01.We treat all client data as strictly confidential and do not disclose any information to third parties without consent.

05.02.Any data obtained during testing will be securely stored and deleted after the engagement is completed.

05.03.Our services comply with UK GDPR and other applicable data protection regulations.

06. Liability & Disclaimer

06.01.While we take all reasonable steps to identify vulnerabilities, we cannot guarantee 100% security. Cybersecurity is an ongoing process.

06.02.We are not responsible for any disruptions, damages, or data loss resulting from our security testing, unless due to negligence.

06.03.Our reports provide recommendations, but the client is responsible for remediating security issues.

07. Payment & Pricing

07.01.Payment terms will be agreed upon before service commencement.

07.02.Services may be paused or terminated if payment terms are not met.

08. Termination of Services

08.01.We reserve the right to terminate services if:

  • The client fails to provide necessary authorisation or access.
  • The client engages in illegal activities.
  • Payment obligations are not met.

08.02.The client may terminate services with written notice before testing begins.

09. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by UK law. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with UK legal procedures.
